Itinerary
Day 01 Arrival in international airport transfer to hotel.welcome drink.Discription about tour. Dinner. Overnight in Kathmandu at hotel.
Day 02 Fly to Pokhara .Full day sightseeing. Pokhara- an enchanting Himalayan valley. If Kathmandu is the cultural hub of Nepal then Pokhara is its center of the adventure. An enchanting city nestled in a tranquil valley. It is the starting point of many of Nepal’s most popular trekking and rafting destinations. Pokhara is a place of remarkable beauty.
The serenity of Phewa Lake and the magnificence of the Fish tailed summit locally called as the Machhapuchhare (6696m) rising behind it create and ambiance of peace and magic. Visit World Peace Pagkoda- a massive Buddhist stupa, Barahi Temple, Gupteshor Cave, Davis fall,and enjoy an hour boatride in Phewa Lake and International Mountain Muesum.
Phewa lake:The second largest lake in the Kingdom roughly measuring 105 by 4km is the center of all attractions in Pokhara. It is the largest and most enchanting of the three lakes that add to the resplendence of the resort town. The eastern shore, popularly known as lakeside or Baidam, is the favorite home base for travelers and where most of the hotels, restaurants and handicrafts shops are located.Overnight hotel.
Day 03 Morning drive to Sarankot.Have a majestic sunrise in Annapurna HImal. Back to Hotel.Brekfast.Afternoon hike to the world peace stupa.Back to Pokhara city.Dinner. Overnight in Pokhara at Hotel.
Day 04 Morning fly to Kathmandu. Afternoon half day sightseeing.
Patan Durbar Square: Patan Durbar Square like its counter part in Kathmandu, is an enchanting mélange of palace building, artistic courtyards and graceful pagoda temples. The former Royal place complex is the center of Patan,s religious and social life and houses a museum containing an array of bronze statues and religious objects. One remarkable monument here is a 17th – century temple dedicated to the Hindu God Krishana built entirely of stone. It is listed on World Heritage site list.
Pashupatinath temple: Situated 5km east from fity center, Pashupati nath temple is one of the mkost sacred Hindu shrines in the world. The richly ornamented pagoda houses the sacred Linga of Lord Shiva. Chronicles indicate itd existence prior to 400 AD.Devotees can be seen taking ritual dips in the holy Bagmati River flowing beside the temple. It is also a World Heritage Site.
Baudhanath Stupa: Baudhanath lies about 6km to the east of down town Kathmandu and is the largest stupa in the valley . It looms 36m high and presents one of the most fascinating specimen of stupa design. Boudhnath, a world Heritage site, is also known as “Little Tibet”. There are more than 45 Buddhist monasteries in the area.
Evening sightseeing to Swoyambhunath stupa(Monkey temple).

Day 05: Drive to Bhaktapur Half day sightseeing / Nagarkot. Overnight at Nagarkot hotel.
Bhaktapur is the city of Devotees, is renowned for its elegant art, fabulous culture, colorful festivals, traditional dances and the typical Newar lifestyle. Tourists visiting Nepal feel their visit incomplete unless they get a mesmerizing glimpse of this ancient city of culture. This conch shaped historic city Bhaktapur, spreading over an area of 6.88 square kilometers and lying at 12km. east of kathmandu, was founded in the 12th century by king Anand Dev Malla.
The Hindus and The Buddhists have coexisted in harmony and drawn inspirations from each other through the ages. Bhaktapur is predominantly comprised of the peasantry; Painting ,carving, masonry, bronze casting, jewelry, pottery, etc.
Monuments and artistic carvings on wood, stone and metal are strewn all over the historical core of the city. Alleys and narrow and zigzagged lanes lead you to see the environment of newar medieval settlements.
Three main squares of the city are remarkably attractive in their artistic exposition of elegant temples, dignified palace, graceful monasteries and Biharas standing around these open public places and connected to one another with quaint streets.

Afternoon have a lunch. Drive to Nagarkot. It is situated at and elevation of 2175m and provides a grandstand panorama of the Himalaya. You can see five of the world’s 10 tallest mountains: Everest (8848m), Lhotse (8561m), Cho-Oyu(8202m), Makalu(8463m) & anasalu(8163m)and many other lesser summits. The snow peaks look so gorgeous during the sunset and sunrise. Bird watching is a joy in the forests here. Short hiking options abound. The most popular walk leads down from Nagarkot along a ridge to the temple of Changu Narayan with view of Shankhu village to the right and Bhaktapur to the left.

Day 06 Nagarkot / Dhulikhel. Overnight in Dhulikhel at Hotel.
Dhulikhel is the small quiet town, known for its traditional crafts, lies 30km east of Kathmandu at an altitude of 1470m. Climb a little to see the mountains, from Cho Oyu in the east to Himalchuli in the west
Day 07 Hiking Dhulikhel to Namobuddha,Panauti- return to Kathmandu. Overnight in Kathmandu at hotel.
Namobuddha (meaning “Hail of Buddha”1700m)- A Sacred site for which untold centuries has drawn reverent pilgrims. The trek start point is Tudhikhel (1600m) from where a rough trail climbs steeply to Kavre, a substantial village which gives its name to this district. A tough unhitched read exists to Namobuddha but is often not passable by vehicles. The trail avoids it, and passes through forested areas and scattered villages inhabited by Brahmins Chettris, Tamangs and Newars.In clear weather there are good view to the north of Gang Chenpo(6390m) Purbu Chyachu (6658m)and Gauri Sanker(6175m).
A further two hour gradual uphill walk reaches the ancient Buddhist pilgrimage site of Namobuddha. There is a small village around the stupa and the top of the hill is adorned with prayer flags, chortens and monastery. Legend tells that Buddha sacrificed himself to a starving tigress to feed herself and her cubs.
Panauti: One of the finest all –Newar settlements in the region id the village of Panauti.It is built at the confluence of two rivers in a small valley surrounded examples of early temple architecture. The Indreshwar Mahavev Temple is architecturally and historically one Newari culture of the Kathmandu Valley. It is certainly a temple of fine proportions and exquisite carving, simple yet beautiful. The roof struts, showing incarnations of Shiva are matchless in their serenity. Archaeological findings may reveal the existence of a pre Licchavi settlement in or around Panauti.
Day 08 Final departure, transfer to international airport. Onward your journey.
